Shape Care offer Family Support Services across the North West beginning with our flagship Residential Family Centre, ‘The Oval’ in St. Helens this Summer.
It is a new company built on solid foundations. Our senior management team alone have a combined experience of over 30 years in care provision across the north west.

We firmly believe we are greater as the sum of our parts and for that reason we recruit people with a range of knowledge and experience from a variety of backgrounds to support the people we work with.
It isn’t that ‘one thing’ we look for, it’s that ‘one person’. We have enough experience to know when we meet them. It’s someone that can add value to our team, they might have something new that they bring to the table. Or something we have already and want more of. It’s difficult to put into words, but it’s that right mix that we strive for that really sets us apart to have a great team, doing great things.
